Priya Thao

Hi, my name is Priya Thao. I am 18 years old born and raised from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is my 3rd year competing in a competitive dance team. I started dancing at the age of 12-13. Haum Xeeb was my first official competitive dance team that I joined back in 2018-2019. I was still a beginner and wanted to grow as a dancer. In 2019, I joined another group named Nxthais Qaim Hli. They are amazing dancers you could ever wish for. Now, I am one of the co-leaders of our dance group called Nkauj Seev Txuj.  I had the opportunity to help prepare the group transitions and partake some choreography. I’m so happy to experience another year of competitive dancing with these beautiful and talented ladies. Dance has always been a passion of mine because it taught me so much from being patience, taking responsibilities, organizing, and staying committed. The feeling when dancing on stage is the most extraordinary experience ever. Aside from dance, I love traveling. I hope one day I can travel around the world . I am a dog lover. I have one dog name shine . One of the biggest and many more accomplishments I’d like to share is that I am starting my first year of college in spring of 2022. I am interested in becoming a radiologist technician. I’m ready to start my career and live life to the fullest.  Thank you reading! I appreciate the love and support.
